Essentially, the following are sites RIARG and I, (facilitator of the group) personally endorse. What this litarally means in my view is that we have complete trust that you will be in great hands affiliating yourself with any of the following groups, orgainizations, and/or individuals. I have a tremendous pulse on the national adoptee community in general as well as the search sites and so-called "free to join" registeries. Explained in futher detail here, be advised that it may be to free to join and submit your information, however, it is not fee for the person who may be looking for you to obtain the information you submitted freely. That person may have to pay an arm and a leg to obtian your contact information. That said, it's nuances such as these that essentially take advantage of naive people, and taking advantage of anyone connected to adoption is always in poor taste. We can never endorse those who financial gain is more importan than the welfare of an adoptee or birth mother in search of each other.
